About Us
Founded in 1972 we offer an unbeatable customer service to all our existing and potential clients within East Anglia from our offices in Bury St Edmunds and Braintree.
In January 2008 we were acquired by OyezStraker, the UK’s leading independent office supplies and service company. We still remain as Trendex and you will still be dealing with the same reliable and helpful staff. Most importantly you will continue to receive the high level of service that we have consistently provided you over the years.
We pride ourselves on the fact that many of our staff have been with us since the early days of Trendex and are able to provide you with an excellent level of product knowledge and customer service at all times.
We use our own fleet of vehicles for deliveries within East Anglia, so if you have a delivery that is urgent let us know and we can prioritise this for you. If you have an office outside of this area – no problems, being part of the OyezStraker Group enables us to utilise their OfficeTeam logistics service that has a unique infrastructure of 30 local stocking points which ensure excellent personal service for all customers.
Our customers are important to us and we believe in being flexible. We treat our customers on an individual basis and we know that each customer we have has a unique ordering requirement and we are here to provide the customer service that you expect!
We can accept orders placed by telephone, fax, email or via our online ordering system. Payment can be made by cash, credit card or you can apply for a credit account with us.
